God reminded me of this song and also gave the verse to my husband as we prayed, following being hospitalised 4 weeks before the birth of our first baby. I was terrified of hospitals and being out of control in the care of proffessionals who seemd to care more about systems than people.

Yet I played this on repeat on my Ipod and it stilled me each day.

A week later Elise was born by Cesarean Section (which didn't terrify me!) with great joy, to the sound Track of the whole of the Speechless album. She was handed to me as 'Finger Prints' of God played! What a blessing!

A funny thing was to have the surgeons start the procedure while 'dive' was playing...'So sink or swim, I'm diving in'!!

Thank you Steven for again being used as God's instrument to inspire, comfort, and encourage so many people. For each of us to "Be Still and Know" that He is God is where we find our peace and where we start to be used by our Heavenly Father and find our strength in Him.

I used to listen to this song all the time when I was going through counseling. It got me through some really rough days. It's my favorite SCC song.

This song has been one I have played on my guitar for the past 3 years almost every day. It has been a comfort and encouragement through some challenging times. Looking forward to the concert tonight in Springfield MO!!

A beautiful arrangement of this song. The strings really add to this song. Just calming and beautiful song. :)

Stephen, the first time I ever heard this song, if pierced me through the heart... and what more fitting way to conclude the larvelous "Speechless" CD. Thank you for filling in the frame on the background of this inspired song! Terry & Pat/WA
