In honor of Steven's 25 years of making music, he is doing a new video series featuring 25 of your favorite hits and the stories behind them. Here he tells the story behind his hit song "Dive" and then treats you to a special acoustic performance of the song!

    Yeah, Steven, great performance!!! Until now, you have recreated many songs from your album "speechless". Does it mean most to you? I LOVE IT! I was thirteen when a friend showed me "Next 5 Minutes". As a drummer, I was excited from the very beginning of this song and that was the start of listening and buying all stuff from you, starting with "Speechless"! ;) Thankyou so much for your encouragement through your songs and your life! God has given you such a miraculous gift, I am astounded :) I keep telling it all time: I'm so excited to see you and "Caleb" in Amsterdam :) I love "Caleb", too, they are making such a great music!! Hope to get a picture with you and "Caleb" there. I am so thankful!!!

    Worth waiting to hear. One the first songs I heard after I became a Christian. Still love it!!!!

    "Dive" has always had a special place in our family's life. It is a tradition with my two boys that we play this on the first day of school. I now have a Freshman in college and Jr. in High School, but it is still on the cd player on the way to drop off our son at Kansas State or Hopkins High School in Minnesota. It was even the song I heard on the local Christian radio station the first day I drove off to seminary 3 years ago! What we didn't realize is "Dive's" connection to Kanakuk!!! My sons each attended for six summers, and our oldest, Andrew, is going to be a counselor there this summer. No wonder we love it so much! Thank you for the song and the special place it holds in our family's life!
