In honor of Steven's 25 years of making music, he is doing a new video series featuring 25 of your favorite hits and the stories behind them. Here he tells the story behind his hit song "When You Are A Soldier" and then treats you to a special acoustic performance of the song!

    Such a pretty song. The music was arranged beautifully. :) Not only a great guitarist but, also a pianist. It is good to be multi instrumentalist.

    It's pretty indeed. My Army Civil Affairs team brought some of the first humanitarian aid into Iraq after the start of the war in 2003, and this song helped me get through some dark times.
